Jess Nelly and Hector.png

Hello

My name is Jessica and I am a lover of all dogs, but Bedlington Terriers have my heart ❤.  It all started with our first Bedlington, Nelly who we bought home in 2021.

When I'm not working, I enjoy exhibiting our dogs at shows up and down the country.  I also like to spectate at many dog shows and participate in breed club events.  I'm also working on perfecting the iconic Bedlington show groom!

Our family are accustomed to country pursuits so firmly believe Bedlington's are not just for the show ring but are very capable of real work, out in the field.

Legacy of Tessarion: More than a Name, A Commitment to Excellence

Drawing inspiration from "A Song of Ice and Fire," the name Tessarion is that of a 'blue' dragon and is synonymous with strength, majesty, and legacy.  Similarly, the Legacy of Tessarion is not just about breeding Bedlington Terriers, but about weaving a rich tapestry of care, commitment, and unparalleled standards.

A Symbol of Quality:

Each Bedlington Terrier under the Tessarion name is a testament to quality breeding. They are the epitome of health, temperament, and the distinct characteristics that the breed is celebrated for.  All our Bedlingtons are Copper Toxicosis (COMMD1) clear.

Upholding Ethical Practices:

At the heart of Tessarion's legacy is a commitment to ethical breeding. This means no inbreeding, overbreeding, or compromising on the health of our dogs for commercial gains.

Lifetime Commitment:

Adopting a Bedlington Terrier from Tessarion is the beginning of a lifelong relationship. With pre and post-adoption support and an open line of communication, Tessarion stands by its terriers and their families through every stage of life.

Care Beyond Comparison:

Tessarion's legacy isn't built solely on breeding standards; it thrives on the unwavering care provided to each terrier. From birth to training, and then transition to their forever homes, the welfare of the dogs remains paramount.
